We are at home being sick again. Not sure if this is the same thing I had last week relapsing or an all new specimen o'illness.
While I try to keep a balance on theocratic responsibilities and privileges, child rearing, house-keeping, and a healthy diet with exercise, Samantha is balancing more material things. Here are some poses caught today.
"Mum, look at me do this tricky balance!"
From here she dives into the water and swims across the kitchen.
"I'm tired of swimming now. Oh so much swimming. Now I'll go in my boat." She climbs into her boat made from an upturned toy ironing board and brooms along.
After repeating this sequence three times in quick concession she decides she's ready for a boat race. That is the photo below.
Here she is dong a bit of boat racing.
This was her first balancing trick and still a favourite.
Posing to show off her two favourite challenges.
Another new balance is stacking two sofa cushions on top of the coffee table, climbing up and jumping off.
Another favourite tricky balance and jumping point.
Amber, I love these pictures. Such a vision of Samantha's spunky personality. Quite cute, and I am not certain but I think that is an outfit I sent her, regardless she looks so adorable. Yes, Samantha, I too am trying to keep "the tricky balance" but mine is in the form of studying Chinese, theocratic activities, teaching my children, keeping up with house, etc. etc. At this point she appears to have it down a bit better than I.
ReplyDeleteShe has that right for sure! :)
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures! I see in the background of one that she has an easel. Does she like drawing/painting? We recently got Molly one, and now she and big sis fight over it. :)
ReplyDeleteShe sounds like a crack up! And what a great imagination. Can't wait to meet her someday. I think your "boat" is getting a lot more use than our "boat".
